Support

Heard transcribes voice notes and videos you share or pick, then gives you copyable context, key points, and reply drafts.

Quick start

Open Settings in Heard and add your Deepgram, OpenAI, and OpenRouter keys if they are not already saved.
Share an audio or video file into Heard from WhatsApp, Voice Memos, Files, or Photos. You can also tap the plus button in Heard.
Wait for Listening, then Translating. Open the card when it says Done.
Copy Summary, Transcript, or Replies, or tap Transcribe again if you want a fresh pass.

Common questions

The queue stayed empty after I shared a file.

Open Heard right after you tap Send to Heard. If the file is still missing, share it again, or add it with the plus button.

A card says Failed.

Open it and tap Retry. Check Settings for valid keys and a working network. Very long videos can take several minutes.

The language looks wrong.

Heard samples the start, middle, and end of the audio. You can still read the transcript and change the target language in Settings, then tap Transcribe again.

Do I need a Heard account?

No. Keys and transcripts stay on this phone.

Can I get different reply drafts?

Yes. Heard writes four replies, Warm, Short, Formal and Casual, in your target language. Tap More replies on the result for another set.

Can I add several files at once?

Yes. Tap the plus button and choose from Files, or choose videos from Photos. Each one gets its own row in the queue with its own status.

How do I delete things?

In History you can delete one item, selected items, or all history. Deleting removes the transcript and stored media from this phone.
